Ellyn oversees annual giving and supports the success of The Doorways’ volunteer and special event initiatives. She brings more than 5 years of professional experience in nonprofit fundraising and event planning to The Doorways.
My first job: I worked as a summer intern for the Campus Kitchen Project.
Something most people don’t know about me: I play the cello.
Some of my hobbies include: Reading, rock climbing, woodworking, and playing board games.

My favorite line of our mantra is: We believe in being there until we’re not needed instead of leaving when we get tired.
My favorite season is: Winter. I grew up in Wisconsin and love nothing more than the feeling of filling my lungs with sharp, clean winter air.
