Individual Volunteer Interest Form

Upon receiving your form, the Volunteer Manager will contact you to confirm the details and get more information. Please note completing this form does not mean you are signed up for your chosen dates. All information must be confirmed with the Volunteer Manager via email or phone call. Minimum age to volunteer without a parent/guardian present is 18. We are currently unable to accept volunteers needing to meet court-ordered or attorney-suggested community service at this time and cannot provide signed letters verifying hours volunteered.
