Chef Jimmy Tsamouras
Chef Tsamouras grew up in his family’s restaurant business, cutting his teeth on the rigorous, everyday ins and outs of the industry as well as the kitchen. He’s a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in kitchens all over the country including The Country Club of Virginia, Scottsdale, New York City, Hilton Head and even Hawaii before returning to Richmond to open his own restaurants. He and his wife, Daniella, own and operate several of Richmond’s most beloved restaurants and businesses including Dot’s Back Inn and Spa310. At Demi’s he’s able to reconnect with and express his Greek heritage through inspired dishes that exceed typical Mediterranean menu fare.
