“RiverFront’s commitment to volunteer service will further help nurture the sense of community that makes The Doorways so unique.”

“We are excited to expand our relationship with The Doorways in 2023. It is important to RiverFront associates to be able to provide hands-on support to our annual Charitable Giving Partner,” said Cole Elliott, a RiverFront Regional Director and Chair of the REACH charitable giving committee. “The positive impact The Doorways has on patients and their families receiving care far from home is significant. They are the largest hospitality house in the country that operates solely on donations, and we look forward to bringing a spotlight and support to their important mission.”
In its eleventh year, RiverFront’s annual Charitable Giving Partner is selected based on employee nominations, submissions from Richmond non-profits, and a firm-wide vote. In addition to the monetary donation, RiverFront commits associate volunteer support for one year. While RiverFront selects a new partner each year, the organization stays involved with past charitable partners through on-going volunteer support. The Charitable Giving Partner program is part of RiverFront’s larger commitment to respect, support and serve its community which included over $145,000 in donations to 45 non-profits and hundreds of volunteer hours in 2022.
